Returns & Refund Policy

The Sun Art refunds policy lasts for 15 days after delivery. If 15 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We take extreme care with packaging to mitigate the risks of damaged goods when shipping. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase we offer refunds within 15 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the purchased item needs to be returned in the same condition that it was sent.

Items with obvious signs of use will not be refunded and includes;
Any item that is damaged and not in its original condition.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after purchase.

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and your funds will be credited back to your account.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Policy

To return your product, please arrange the suitable method and address by contacting info@sunart.co.za. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

There is a flat rate of R100 for shipping anywhere in South Africa.
For regions outside of South Africa there is a flat rate of R500 per kg.

Damages

Sun Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Insurance on shipping is available during checkout.
